CLUB MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
Renewal costs (with an emailed Prober newsletter) are $35; $50 if you would like the Prober newsletter mailed to you via USPS rather than emailed.
Renewal dues can be paid via check or money order and mailed to: Michigan Treasure Hunters, P.O. Box 510237, Livonia, MI 48151, or paid at any upcoming membership meeting.
Renewal dues can also be paid via paypal by clicking the appropriate renewal button at the bottom of the website.

JEFF SMITH MEMORIAL DONATION
It is with deep sadness that we share the recent passing of one of our members, Jeff Smith. Jeff had a love for detecting, and was a regular attendee at our meetings and events. While we will miss his physical presence, his spirit and love for the hobby will forever live on in our memories and hearts.
His family has asked us to set up a memorial donation option for those intererested in supporting Michigan Treasure Hunters. All money collected will be used toward continuing our goal of education and advancing the popularity of our club and the metal detecting hobby.

Our July hunt will be held at Stymelski Park in Livonia.
The hunt starts at 1pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to register.
This is a seeded hunt with silver and other coins planted in the ground.
All paid members of the **in-person annual membership** MTH club are welcome to participate.

JULY 28, 2026 - CLUB MEETING & MINELAB EVENT
Who's ready to get their cone on? Hope you can join us for our July meeting and ice cream social. We'll likely have a short activity as you're enjoying your ice cream.
**HOT OFF THE PRESSES** -- We'll again be participating as an officially sponsored Minelab club event for their Race to the Realm contest. Come to the meeting, scan the QR code, and earn points!

AUGUST 25, 2026 - CLUB MEETING
We are looking to lineup another interesting speaker this month for our membership to enjoy.

MEGA HUNT - SEPTEMBER 13, 2026
One of our premier events of the year will take place on September 13, 2026 in Livonia, MI at Stymelski Park.
The MEGA HUNT.
Registration begins at 9:30am.
Three hunts will be held during the day with the first one starting at 10:30am. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to register.
These are seeded hunts with thousands of coins to find throughout the day, and dozens of prize tokens redeemable for silver, gold and other prizes.
All paid members of the **in-person annual membership** MTH club are welcome to participate. If you are not currently a member, you may sign up at the event. Membership is $40.
The first 2 hunts of the day are free, and an optional 3rd hunt will be available for a nominal entry fee.
This is also a "potluck" event. The main protein, water, utensils, etc. will be provided by the club, but please bring an appetizer, salad, fruit, dessert, or something similar for like 10-12 people.

FALL DETECTING WEEKEND - SEPTEMBER 18-20, 2026
One of the many benefits MTH membership provides is the opportunity to attend a weekend hunt each year. 2026 is no exception. Our hunt this year is scheduled for the Sept. 18-20 weekend.
Always within driving distance from SE Michigan, you'll get a couple nights lodging, pizza on Friday and 4 meals Sat./Sun., and a full day of digging on Saturday to find some goodies. This is a "natural" hunt - not a seeded hunt.

SEPTEMBER 22, 2026 - CLUB MEETING
Our September meeting will feature a few rounds of Bingo for the club members to enjoy. Winners receive something blingy!
